About This Workshop
This workshop will help you work skillfully with your clients to deepen toward the core of what organizes their unconscious blueprints for life. Accessing these blueprints leads to the pathways where transformation can happen. This daylong workshop is designed to teach some fundamental techniques of the Hakomi Method.
What you will learn:
- Attune to your clients and create a strong relational field by tracking their somatic experience
- Access their internal experience by contacting what is at the core of their communication, spoken and unspoken
- Facilitate through mindfulness effective unfolding into the core organization that shapes experience to illuminate limiting beliefs and the possibilities that lie beyond
The workshop is open and relevant to both clinicians and the general public and serves as prerequisite hours for Hakomi Comprehensive Training.
